About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist, who will help us in our daily HR operations and make sure that everything is running smoothly and effectively.
This is a multi-dimensional role: you will be in charge of organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and crafting HR policies. You will use internal systems to ensure all employee related records are up-to-date. You will also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics and work on improving company culture and employee satisfaction.
What are we looking for
Proven experience as an HR professional.
Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Some of the responsibilities you will have
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Plan and execute employee performance reviews.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
