About the role<\/h2>\n

We\u2019re looking for an experienced individual who\u2019s ready to use their knowledge to develop data-driven digital marketing strategies for clients from various industries. You will have a chance to collaborate with some of our awesome clients such as Podravka, Valamar Hotels and Resorts, Voyo (RTL), Lancome, Kiehl\u2019s, <\/span>M\u00f6max<\/span> and many more<\/span>.<\/p>\n


As part of our marketing team, you will oversee and manage digital campaigns. While occasional hands-on tasks may be required, your primary role is to drive initiatives and clearly communicate both the strategic and technical aspects of your work. You’re also an effective communicator who fosters a collaborative environment, actively seeks feedback, and provides it constructively.<\/p>\n

What will you do?<\/h2>\n
\n

Strategic planning of clients’ campaigns, overseeing and managing campaigns.<\/p>\n

Guide ad strategy to align with client goals and impact.<\/p>\n

Plan, prepare, analyze and optimize digital campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc.<\/p>\n

Identify new business opportunities based on available data and reports.<\/p>\n

You’re able to break down complex technical and strategic concepts for clients and colleagues with clarity.<\/p>\n

Work in a young team of marketing professionals.<\/p>\n

Hold both internal and external presentations and educations.<\/p>\n

Attend marketing conferences and occasionally travel to clients headquarters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Love data-driven digital marketing and working in a team.<\/p>\n

Be ready to work in an agile environment.<\/p>\n

Have a good knowledge of social media and search engines.<\/p>\n

Have the willingness to lead, analyze results and provide creative solutions.<\/p>\n

You foster collaboration and support the growth of junior team members.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Have good organisational skills (with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects).<\/p>\n

Agency experience or as a part of the marketing department.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Have significant experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.<\/p>\n

Have good spreadsheet skills.<\/p>\n

Have experience with other advertising platforms (Microsoft, LinkedIn, X, Seznam, Amazon…).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
