About the role<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We\u2019re looking for an experienced individual who\u2019s ready to use their knowledge to develop digital marketing strategies for clients from various industries.\u00a0<\/span>You will have a chance to collaborate with some of our awesome clients such as Podravka, Valamar Hotels and Resorts, Voyo (RTL), Lancome, Kiehl\u2019s, <\/span>M\u00f6max<\/span> and many more.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of our marketing team, you will be preparing, analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns. \u00a0<\/span><\/p> <\/article>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

What will you do?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Preparing strategies, setting up and managing projects, and ensuring that KPIs are met.\u00a0
<\/span><\/p>\n

Tailor advertising plans according to clients’ goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Plan, prepare, analyze and optimize digital campaigns on Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recognize potential opportunities using available data and collaborate on next steps.<\/span><\/p>\n

You help explain technical and strategic aspects to both clients and team members.<\/p>\n

Work in a young team of marketing professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hold both internal and external presentations and educations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attend marketing conferences and occasionally travel to clients headquarters.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div> <\/article>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Love data-driven digital marketing and working in a team.<\/p>\n

Agency experience or as a part of the marketing department\u00a0<\/p>\n

Have some experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft and Google Analytics.<\/span><\/p>\n

Have spreadsheet skills.<\/span><\/p>\n
