Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for an individual who’s ready to take on their first (or early) steps in data-driven digital marketing. As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be working on campaigns for clients from various industries such as Podravka, Valamar Hotels and Resorts, Voyo (RTL), Lancome, Kiehl’s, Mömax and many more. As part of our marketing team, you will be included in preparing, setting up, maintaining and optimizing digital campaigns, as well as conducting basic campaign and results analysis.

What will you do?

Help plan, prepare and set up, and optimize digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.

Follow campaign results and engage in basic campaign and results analysis.

Use performance data to analyze and calculate different possible campaign scenarios.

Assist in developing digital marketing strategies alongside senior members of the team.

Help prepare advertising plans to help the client achieve company goals.

Work in a young team of marketing professionals.

Take part in both internal and external presentations and educations.

Attend marketing conferences and occasionally travel to clients headquarters.

It would be great if you

Have a general interest in data-driven digital marketing and willingness to develop skills in this field, especially regarding technical aspects of the industry.

Have an analyst and data-oriented mindset.

Have basic mathematical and statistical skills.

Have some experience (internship, student job, personal project) with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics.

Have spreadsheet skills.

Can handle working on multiple projects at a time.

Easily work and communicate within a team.
