About the role
Data is useless if it doesn’t tell a story. We are looking for a Data Analyst who has a sharp eye for detail and a passion for data visualization to help our account managers and clients make sense of the numbers.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our reporting infrastructure. You will work closely with our Chief Data Officer and Marketing team to turn raw campaign data into clear, actionable insights.
While our primary tool is Looker Studio, we believe tools can be learned. If you are great at finding insights and visualizing data in PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel, and you are willing to adapt to our stack, we want to hear from you.
What will you do?
Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards to visualize insights for clients.
Present complex data in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
Support Account Managers by preparing data and identifying the “why” behind performance for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and data-driven digital marketing campaign reports.
Act as a gatekeeper for data quality by ensuring reporting accuracy across all platforms.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve issues regarding missing information.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer complex, data-driven client inquiries.
Translate technical data findings into actionable strategic advice for the team.
You need to
Have experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau.
Understand how to structure data for reporting.
Be analytical and logical, ensuring numbers make sense rather than just reporting them.
While basic SQL knowledge is a plus, we prioritize a strong desire to learn and grow your technical skillset.
Be highly detail-oriented, with the ability to spot data discrepancies and errors quickly.
Be a strong communicator who can translate “data-speak” into plain English for non-technical team members.
Understand how to properly structure and organize data for effective reporting
It would be great if you
Have experience working in a digital agency or a marketing department.
Have previous experience specifically using Looker Studio or BigQuery.
Have a solid understanding of where marketing data originates and how it flows into reports.
