About the role
We’re looking for an experienced individual who’s ready to use their knowledge to develop data-driven digital marketing strategies for clients from various industries. You will have a chance to collaborate with some of our awesome clients such as Podravka, Valamar Hotels and Resorts, Voyo (RTL), Lancome, Kiehl’s, Mömax and many more.
As part of our marketing team, you will oversee and manage digital campaigns. While occasional hands-on tasks may be required, your primary role is to drive initiatives and clearly communicate both the strategic and technical aspects of your work. You’re also an effective communicator who fosters a collaborative environment, actively seeks feedback, and provides it constructively.
What will you do?
Strategic planning of clients’ campaigns, overseeing and managing campaigns.
Guide ad strategy to align with client goals and impact.
Plan, prepare, analyze and optimize digital campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc.
Identify new business opportunities based on available data and reports.
You’re able to break down complex technical and strategic concepts for clients and colleagues with clarity.
Work in a young team of marketing professionals.
Hold both internal and external presentations and educations.
Attend marketing conferences and occasionally travel to clients headquarters.
You need to
Love data-driven digital marketing and working in a team.

Have a good knowledge of social media and search engines.
Have the willingness to lead, analyze results and provide creative solutions.
You foster collaboration and support the growth of junior team members.
It would be great if you
Have good organisational skills (with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects).
Agency experience or as a part of the marketing department.
Have significant experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
Have good spreadsheet skills.
Have experience with other advertising platforms (Microsoft, LinkedIn, X, Seznam, Amazon…).

Salary in the range of 2.040 EUR – 2.370 EUR (gross 1 amount) + travel expenses + monthly benefits tailored to your needs and preferences.
