About the role
We are looking for a hybrid problem solver to join our data team as the “Bridge & Builder.” In this role, you won’t just be managing a backlog; you will be the vital link between our clients’ complex business needs and our internal development team.
Currently, our data initiatives — including Marketing Data Lakes, MMM, and Custom Data Agents — are growing rapidly. We need someone who speaks two languages fluently: Marketing Strategy and Data Engineering.
You will work directly alongside our Chief Data Officer to translate high-level concepts into technical reality. This is a high-impact role with the potential to build and lead our Data Engineering vertical in the future.
What will you do?
Meet with stakeholders and clients to understand their business goals, then translate those into technical specifications and data schemas for developers.
Explore datasets in BigQuery and run initial SQL queries to validate technical feasibility before the development team starts coding.
Manage the lifecycle of our internal data products (from Custom Agents to Data Lakes), ensuring we are building the right solutions, not just more features.
Act as the final gatekeeper, ensuring the output of the development team meets business requirements before it reaches the client.
Partner with the CDO to take high-level concepts and turn them into functional technical products.
You need to
Have the ability to explain API limitations to a Marketing Manager and business KPIs to a Backend Developer with ease.
Feel comfortable querying complex databases to find answers independently without waiting for a developer.
Understand that while clean code matters, solving the user’s problem and delivering value is the ultimate goal.
Have experience in Product Management, Data Analysis, or Engineering — ideally within a marketing or ad-tech context.
Look beyond the immediate task to see how data products fit into the broader marketing ecosystem
It would be great if you
Have experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery.
Have a solid understanding of digital marketing data (Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads).
Have experience working in a fast-paced digital agency or agile marketing environment.
