At SeekandHit, we recently had the pleasure of celebrating some truly remarkable milestones. Our company has grown significantly over the years, welcoming many new faces to our team. However, it’s not every day that we get to honour the incredible dedication and loyalty of team members who have been with us for a long time.
As summer begins, we reflect on the tenure of our colleagues at SeekandHit, spanning from five to twelve years for about a third of the company. Impressive, right?
Founded in 2007, up to 2013, SeekandHit was a small team of just six people. Eleven years later, we’ve grown to over 60 employees, working in engineering, digital marketing, and data measurement.
It’s fascinating to see how everyone’s journey has evolved over time. Some colleagues joined us when we were unsure if our efforts would pay off, and they’ve been pivotal in bringing us to where we are today. Others joined straight from university as interns, and now, eight years later, they’re team leads.

Our veterans’ hard work and dedication have been crucial in driving our success and shaping our company culture. They now mentor younger colleagues and interns, sharing their experiences and guiding their career development.
We didn’t just want to throw a party; we also wanted to give our seniors a special gift. We commissioned a custom-made drawing by Croatian artist Klasja Habjan. Additionally, employees celebrating their ten-year anniversaries can choose from several rewards, including the opportunity to fly a Spitfire plane in the UK. We can’t wait to share more about these incredible experiences, so stay tuned!
